Monica Jovel is a proud native Texan and passionate Realtor committed to helping buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants achieve their real estate goals.
With experience across residential and commercial properties, she makes every
transaction clear, smooth, and client-focused.
Monica prides herself in the quality of the work she does and value she brings to
her clients. She has helped many clients to sell for more money and faster than
other agents. Tatiana is so confident in the final results, that she provides her
clients no-risk easy exit listing agreements.
Before transitioning into real estate, Monica built a strong foundation in
healthcare administration, working in both inpatient and outpatient settings
alongside physicians. She specialized in understanding clients’ needs,
answering complex questions, and remaining prepared for the unexpected.
Through this experience, Monica developed the ability to work effectively under
pressure, anticipate challenges, problem-solve in real time, and confidently
guide clients through every step of their journey.
