This was their first home, they lived in the Westbury neighborhood for 15 years. They had rented the home after moving away to Conroe, TX. After the tenants had moved out, they left the property infested, debris inside and out, sheetrock was destroyed and all hvac and plumbing systems were non functional. They found out the house had 4 families living in it for 8 years. They decided to tear down the home to the studs and remodel it entirely, no longer lease it and sell it immediately.
